Thank you for choosing our custom colored glass dreamcatcher. As each piece is custom-made based on the photos and personal preferences you provide, we generally do not accept returns or refunds, except in the following cases:
Eligible for refund or replacement:

The received product has quality issues or is damaged.

The product significantly differs from the design preview you confirmed.
Application process: Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the item, attaching your order number and photos showing the issue. We will respond with a solution within 2 working days.
Important notes:

Refunds will not be granted for personal reasons (e.g., color deviation, size selection errors, etc.).

Once custom production begins, order cancellations are not supported.
